This Privacy Policy explains how Prosperous Ventures, LLC, doing business as Prosperity Pathway Consulting ("Revenue Reactor," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our website, landing and funnel pages (including pages hosted on our behalf, such as our GoHighLevel-powered funnel), the Revenue Reactor web application at app.revenuereactor.ai, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By visiting our pages or using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. Depending on which page or feature you use, we may collect information you choose to give us, such as:

Contact details (name, email address, phone number) submitted through an opt-in form, signup form, or scheduling request
Business details (company name, industry, business stage, revenue range) submitted during signup or profile setup
Your responses to the Revenue Leak Score assessment and related SUPERFANS® framework questions
Financial information you voluntarily upload or enter (for example, profit-and-loss statements or figures used for financial health tools inside the app)
Account credentials and profile information if you create a Revenue Reactor account
Billing information if you purchase a paid membership (processed by our payment processor, Stripe — see Section 3)
Messages, questions, or content you submit to our AI advisor ("Metis™") or to our support team

Some of our current funnel pages do not include a form and do not collect any of the information above; this section describes what may be collected across our pages and application as features are added or used.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our pages or use the Services, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and referring/exit URLs
General location information inferred from your IP address
Information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 2)

2. Cookies, Pixels & Tracking Technologies

We and our third-party partners use cookies and similar technologies to operate our pages, remember preferences, measure performance, and deliver and evaluate advertising. Specifically, we use:

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on Meta platforms
Google Ads / Google Analytics — to measure traffic, conversions, and ad performance, and to show relevant ads across Google's network
Cookies and scripts associated with our funnel/page-building platform (GoHighLevel) used to operate forms, scheduling, and page functionality

These tools may allow Meta and Google to associate your activity on our pages with your accounts on their platforms and to use that information for their own advertising purposes, subject to their own privacy policies. You can manage or opt out of interest-based advertising through:

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including the assessment, dashboard, roadmap, and Metis™ AI advisor
Personalize your assessment results, recommendations, and content
Process payments and manage paid memberships
Communicate with you, including sending requested information, account and billing notices, and — where you've agreed to receive them — marketing emails or texts
Analyze usage trends and measure the effectiveness of our content and advertising
Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information for money. As described in Section 2, our use of advertising pixels may constitute a "share" of information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; Section 6 explains your choices.

4. AI Features (Metis™)

Our AI advisor, Metis™, uses third-party large language model providers (such as Anthropic) to process the information you submit (for example, assessment answers or questions you ask) in order to generate roadmaps, recommendations, and coaching content. We do not use your individual business data to train third-party foundation models, and we instruct our AI providers to handle your data in accordance with their applicable data processing terms. Please avoid submitting information you don't want processed by an AI system.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as our funnel/page platform (GoHighLevel), hosting and database provider (Supabase), payment processor (Stripe), email/communication providers, and AI providers (such as Anthropic)
Advertising partners (Meta, Google) as described in Section 2, for analytics and ad measurement/targeting
Legal and safety reasons, such as to comply with a subpoena, law, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Revenue Reactor, our users, or others
Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction
With your direction or consent, for any other purpose you request

6. Your Privacy Rights

California residents. Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, request deletion or correction of that information, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising via pixels as described in Section 2). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us at [email protected].

EU/UK/EEA residents. If applicable law gives you additional rights (such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing), you may exercise those rights by contacting us at [email protected]. We process personal information based on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and marketing the Services, and/or performance of a contract with you.

Marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing emails or texts at any time using the unsubscribe link in our messages or by contacting us directly. We may still send you non-marketing communications, such as those related to your account or a transaction.

Do Not Track. Our Services do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for business owners and professionals and are not directed to, and should not be used by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

Our pages and Services may contain links to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

11. International Users

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
